Geographic Service Area
Functional Industries, Inc. provides services primarily within Wright County, Minnesota. Geographic service availability may vary by program and is based on the individual's needs, service requirements, staffing capacity, and the organization's ability to provide services safely and effectively. Services outside Wright County may be considered on a case-by-case basis when appropriate and available.
This statement excludes the Mental Health program.
