In Home Support Services

Unlimited Potentials provides services for adults in their own homes throughout the community. Because each individual we support is unique, we provide services that are tailored to each person to assist them in maintaining independence in their own home.

Supportive Friend

Mental Health Services

Work, Etc. is our community-based adult mental health program that follows the model of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).  IPS is a model of supported employment for people living with serious mental illness or serious and persistent mental illness.

Day Services

DREAM and SEEK’s main foundation is ensuring that each individual has a voice in planning and developing their days and lives.  We will provide as little or as much support as each individual might need for his/her journey so that he/she can begin to imagine all of life’s possibilities.

Career Development Services

Services are designed to assist individuals with exploring, obtaining and keeping community employment.  These services are the primary funding source for individuals on waivers who are not enrolled in high school or age 18-21 transition programming.
