School to Work Transition

Functional Industries Brilliant Futures program provides innovative community employment opportunities for students that assist them in completing a successful transition from school to meaningful employment.  We work in collaboration with school districts, teachers, parents, students, counties and rehabilitation services counselors to develop individualized transition services tailored to meet each student’s employment and transition needs.

Our mission is to provide students with community transition services that will help them gain the employment skills, confidence and professional experience needed to develop rewarding and successful careers.
