Unlimited Potentials

Our Unlimited Potentials program provides residential services for adults at group homes throughout the community. These sites serve individuals of various need levels, including individuals with significant medical, physical, or behavioral challenges. Because each individual we support is unique, we strive to provide services that are tailored to each person’s own hopes, dreams, goals and needs.

Service options include: assistance with daily person cares, independent living skills, behavior modification programming, behavior therapy, crisis management plans, and chemical dependency relapse prevention plans.
