Mental Health Services
Work Etc. is our community-based adult mental health program that follows the model of Individual Placement and Support. Utilizing a team approach, services are provided to persons living with a mental illness. The goal of this program is to improve the quality of life and the functional abilities of each person we serve.

Targeted Case Management
Adult mental health targeted case management (MH-TCM) services are Medical Assistance (MA) state plan services available for persons on Health Partners insurance plans. These services assist persons with ongoing assessment, planning, referral, service coordination and monitoring of multiple needs. MH-TCM is provided to adults determined to have a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
Ticket to Work
Ticket to Work is an employment program for people with disabilities, ages 18-64, who are interested in going to work. The goal of the Ticket program is to increase opportunities and choices for Social Security beneficiaries to obtain employment and other support services from public and private providers, employers, and other organizations. Functional Industries has been an Employment Network since 2003.
