Employee Development Services

Employee Development Services consist of comprehensive, individualized services which help develop or reestablish work skills, attitudes, personal characteristics, work behaviors, and functional capacities to achieve positive employment results.

Participants receive services directly from our staff members or indirectly through natural supports. We provide Employee Development Services at community job sites, within organized vocational training settings, or through one-on-one counseling sessions.
