CARF Accreditation
In keeping with our philosophy, "It's about the people" and maintaining our strong commitment to stakeholder involvement and investment, Functional Industries was awarded a Three-year Accreditation, the highest accreditation level possible, by CARF based on findings from our recent on-site survey. Bryan J. Boon, Ph.D., President and CEO of CARF wrote, "be advised that the surveyors made no recommendations, which signifies that they did not identify any areas of nonconformance to the standards. This is an extraordinary accomplishment, as only 3 percent of CARF surveys result in no recommendations."
Accreditation was awarded to Functional Industries' Employee Development Services, Organizational Employment Services, and Community Employment Services. The surveyors recognized Functional Industries' Community Employment Services with an exemplary rating for conformance to established CARF Standards.
