Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring conformance to Functional Industries quality control standards. Within that framework, this position is responsible for setting up new jobs, training staff and consumers on how to complete these jobs correctly and ensuring work flow is steady on the work floor or on crews at community work sites.
HS Diploma or equivalent, 2 years related experience preferred, CPR/First Aid Certificate, Background Study Clearance, Motor Vehicle Record Clearance, Current automobile insurance coverage, valid MN driver's license. EOE.

This position is responsible for teaching and supervising persons served in activities of daily living and in the development of self-help, vocational and social skills. This position also assists the residential coordinator in supporting staff.

This position is responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities and multiple physical disabilities with training and personal care needs in a day training and habilitation program. This position is responsible for assisting individuals in learning new and challenging skills through the development and implementation of individualized program plans. Other duties include medication administration, behavioral programming and transportation of persons served.

This position is responsible for performing established home operations that include providing appropriate levels of care and related duties that are essential in providing residential services to the individuals in their home. This includes teaching and supervising the individuals of the home in activities of daily living and in the development of self-help and social skills. Training and competitive compensation package provided. The schedule for this position is overnights, Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:00 p.m. -8:00 a.m. and Friday nights from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Shift differential for awake/sleeping shifts.
