May 28, 2011 Functional Industries proudly announces that we have been accredited by CARF for a period of three years for the following services:
This accreditation will extend through May 2014. This achievement is yet another indication of Functional Industries’ dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of individuals we serve.
In a letter to Functional Industries Brian J. Boon, President and CEO of CARF, wrote:
"Please be advised that the CARF surveyors made no recommendations, which signifies that they did not identify any areas of nonconformance to the standards. This is an extraordinary accomplishment, as only 3 percent of CARF surveys result in no recommendations.”
